The ISSUE - 992 GT3RS Control Arm
- The Control Arm on the Porsche 992 GT3 RS presents a significant difficulty during Lower Control Arm (LCA) shim replacement or camber adjustment. The factory-equipped M10 nut is now recessed halfway into a narrow machined slot.
- When using a standard M10 socket, the nut cannot be fully engaged. Furthermore, the limited clearance forces the tool to operate at an awkward angle. Applying torque under these conditions risks slippage, incomplete engagement, or potential damage to the factory control arm and surrounding components.
