The carbon fiber roll bar unit itself (three pieces) weighs in at just under 17 lbs, and 24.5 lbs total including the full anchor kit. I believe that this is about 18lbs lighter than the OEM Clubsport bar available in ROW.

Once installed, the Silver Rocket piece looks as though Porsche AG itself designed it due to the form meets function aesthetic, as well as the better than FIA strength spec results. Also, the height of the harness attachment bar is excellent for achieving the correct harness strap angle range (0 to 20o) by adjusting the seat level and choosing the appropriate seat guide grommet during set up.

I really love the way it looks and how it fits snugly into the GT4 RS interior…as if it was meant to be there from the factory. It is also a sight to behold from the rear hatch, fitting perfectly around the engine intakes without spoiling the view. The unit is extremely rigid and there are no rattles or creaks. I couldn’t be happier with this result.

Recently took delivery of my GT4RS and installed the carbon rollcage by silver rocket. With the Weissach package, a carbon roll cage matches perfectly all the carbon bits in the package especially the carbon air intake. The result turns out above my expectation and it makes the whole car look so much better even compared to the factory cage even the one in titanium.

Have done a number of modifications on different cars and dealt with many after market carbon parts, the quality of the cage is definitely top notched and the fit and finish is perfect, making installation a breeze. Last but not least it actually comes with a 50-page installation manual, going through the installation step by step, vever seen that before even from top tuner like Novetic.
