Nel 2024, abbiamo lanciato la SR 718 GT4 RS EVO 2, un aggiornamento della nostra SR EVO 1 dello scorso anno, equipaggiata con più componenti Porsche Performance Parts SilverRocket. Quest'anno, nel Porsche Official GT Trackday, con un tempo preciso di 2’11.28, non solo abbiamo battuto il record sul giro più veloce di qualsiasi auto GT4 sul circuito di Shanghai F1, stabilito dalla nostra SR EVO 1 lo scorso anno, di 2,63 secondi, ma abbiamo anche pareggiato il record di velocità per auto di serie mai registrato da questo circuito, ottenuto dal pilota di sviluppo Porsche Lens Kern su una Taycan Turbo GT.

Nell'ottobre 2023, la SR 718 GT4 RS EVO 1 ha stabilito il NUOVO record sul giro per qualsiasi vettura Porsche GT4 sul Circuito Internazionale di Shanghai F1 in 2'13", superando oltre 30 GT2 RS/GT3 RS/GT4 RS nella stessa gara.
