SR PORSCHE LWB SEAT ANGLE ADJUSTER - TC4 TITANIUM [PORSCHE 718 GT4 RS, 991 GT3 RS, 991 GT2 RS]
Introduction:
The SR Porsche LWB Seat Angle Adjuster enhances the backward tilt of the driver's seat, addressing the discomfort of the factory upright posture during extended drives—particularly when wearing a helmet, which forces the head forward and strains the neck. This adjustment promotes an optimal seating position for both high-performance track driving and long-distance comfort, creating additional space for the helmet to enable a natural, ergonomic posture that reduces fatigue and preserves performance.
Highlights:
- Elevated Comfort Experience: Paired with the SR 3D Bucket Seat Insert, customers report that the Porsche bucket seat attains a superior level of comfort, comparable to a Porsche comfort seat.
- Track Ready Strength enabled by TC-4 Titanium: The SR Adjuster is the only product on the market, crafted from premium aerospace-grade TC-4 titanium —10x stronger than aluminum —to surpass OEM spec and ensure superior safety in track conditions.
- Proprietary Anti-Scratch Stopper: Our innovative stopper design 100% eliminates the risk of seat rail scratching.
- Minimally Invasive Design: Unlike other products, our unique design does not mount to the seat slider hinges, ensuring that your slider remains undamaged and fully functional.
- Sleek Appearance: The seat adjuster is finished with electroplated black nickel, giving it a sleek and polished appearance that complements the interior aesthetics of your Porsche GT/RS.
Function:
By increasing the incline of the driver's seat, you can achieve a better seating posture for both high-performance driving and long-distance comfort. This is particularly crucial when wearing a helmet on the track. The original upright seating position can force your head to bend forward with extensive discomfort and loss in performance. With our seat adjuster, you can create more space to accommodate the helmet, allowing for a natural and comfortable driving position.
Application:
- Porsche 981 GT4, 718 GT4 / RS with LWB seat.
- Porsche 991 GT2 RS, 991 GT3, 991 GT3 RS with LWB seat.

STRONGEST ADJUSTER MADE FROM TC-4 TITANIUM
SR Porsche LWB Seat Angle Adjuster is made of a more expensive aerospace-grade TC-4 titanium alloy, which surpasses traditional aluminum option in every aspects. Especially in high-pressure track driving, it provides over 10 times the tensile strength and yield strength of aluminum alloy which brings you a safer driving experience and better durability.

MINIMALLY INVASIVE DESIGN
The first & only seat adjustor that works perfectly on GT4 RS LWB seats. Unlike other products, our unique design does not mount to the seat slider hinges, ensuring that your slider remains undamaged and fully functional.

PERFECT CONTOURING
Our seat adjuster is precisely CNC engineered to perfectly contour the shape of the mating surfaces of your LWB seats, creating a rigid structure that professional racers prefer.

PROPRIETARY ANTI-SCRATCH STOPPER
The SR Adjustor stands as the only product available featuring an integrated stopper design. This proprietary innovation resolves a specific vulnerability in seat rail mechanisms: following elevation of the seat's front end, subsequent adjustment below a defined threshold results in the rear portion of the upper seat rail contacting and abrading the lower seat rail. The stopper mechanism ensures that the upper rail halts at the precise lowest position, thereby preventing any such scratching without compromising adjustability.

From RDCR:
I had the TPC brackets on the GT3 and went with the Silver Rocket on the 4RS. Both are effective but I do like the way SR does it in the seat frame rather than a bolt in the seat like the TPC. Install with the SR is more complicated but not that challenging.
I installed SilverRocket's offering on my car. Install is easy as they have a great video showing how. Had the TPC brackets on the GT3.
I like the way the SR pieces interface with the seat frame vs the TPC which bolts into the seat pan itself. They both have videos showing how they install if you want to see the differences.
From Visceral:
I installed them in every set of buckets I've had, and I really like them for not just driving but getting my hybrid HANS away from the head rest.
From Metzgeral:
The TPC design seems very convincing but the installation is quite intrusive. In the end, the SilverRocket does seem like the most convincing option for its design with max mating surface and much higher tensile and yield resistance. Only doubt is whether it interferes with the seat height adjustment.
